518.274.3256 (TDD/Non-voice: 274.3256). Located at 37 First Street, Troy, New York. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (closed on major holidays), and at the Schacht Fine Arts Center, 5 Division Street, Russell Sage College, Troy, NY, one hour before performances.
Payment
Orders must be paid in full, by check, money order (made payable to NYSTI) or charged to major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Mail orders are recommended for subscriptions and advance ticket orders. No refunds. Ticket exchange available for subscribers only.
Subscriptions
Available immediately. Priority is given to orders received before individual tickets sales begin on July 28. Orders are not accepted at performance time. Subscriptions may include additional individual tickets, and orders must be received by January 26, 2009.
Individual Tickets
On sale July 28. Orders may be submitted immediately, and are dated and processed in order of receipt. No refunds or exchanges.
Groups
518.274.3256. Group reservations for 10:00 A.M. performances and evening and weekend performances.
Group Tickets (10 or more, per performance):
- Adult: $15.
- Seniors: $12.
- Student: $12.
- Child (to age 12): $7.50.
Arts Accessibility
The Institute provides sign language interpreted performances (10/12, 11/8, 12/14, 2/8, 3/22, 5/2), assistive listening devices, non-step seating and large print programs. For additional information, contact 518.274.3256.
Please Note: Everyone attending performances must have a ticket. Latecomers are seated at management discretion. Photographic and recording devices are not permitted. Directions to convenient, free parking for public performances are included with ticket orders, and available at the Box Office. All performances (unless otherwise noted) are held at the Schacht Fine Arts Center, Russell Sage College, Troy, New York.
